The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club of NSW,  Fun Day, was a great day. Considering the weather, a fabulous turn out. All the committee and their friends and family working hard to achieve this result. People meeting each other through their cavaliers for the first time a lovely sight. Some of our older cavalier lovers returning once again.

The fresh egg and spoon race quite popular with several heats taking place,as was the pet owners conformation mini show.

Our usual conformation judge Sam Axiak inundated with his very popular grooming station, (Karen his wife always by his side helping) that Di Potter took over the judging for the day, phew!!! she said afterwards. Di also conducted the Obedience School with many interested people asking heaps of questions.

Nicole Celebran was there for the first time with her amazing selection of products from her Pets Charming store. Nicole helped out with her lovely pet chaise lounge whilst Barbara took many cavaliers posing photos . Lots of fun for everyone there entertained with Barbara's attention getting calls.

The raffle took another amazing amount, Thanks Denise Gray and Chris Smith worked hard on the stall.

Jeanie and Karen Cammo worked all day in the canteen selling the BBQ cooked by John Christie & Charlie Cammo, Lynn Archer & Julie Christie and Ryan Miller flitting around helping out where needed and Janice Humphries looked after the Rescue, Pet Referral and General Enquiries losing her already fading voice .

The ear & eye, dental station workers another popular place, manned with great humour from Susan Donahue, her son Tim Boyce and first time worker Sandra Boyce.

Lots of new comers commenting on what a fabulous day it was , with one lady saying she could be here everyday If we held it ...everyday..

Thanks again everyone, looking forward to next years Fun Day already. - Heather Lenihan, Club Secretary. Photography, Barbara Killworth
